What is your cancellation policy?

  • We will gladly provide a full refund less a $25 processing fee for hotel rooms, as long as the cancellation occurs by 3 p.m. the day prior to arrival.  If less notice is provided, your deposit of the first night will be forfeited. A deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be collected at the time of all reservations.

What time is check-in and check-out?

  • You may check-in at 3PM for all hotel rooms. Check-out time is 11AM.

Can I get a late check out?

  • The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. You will be charged for a second night after 2PM.

Can I bring my pets to Vinland Hotel & Lounge?

  • Well behaved pets are welcome at Vinland Hotel & Lounge and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. No more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed per room and must be 50 lbs. or smaller. To help cover the furry clean-up, a one-time non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet. Pets must be kept on a maximum 10 foot leash at all times and under the control of their owner and may not be left outside or in guest rooms unattended. Guests are responsible to "clean up" after their pet. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas. For the protection of, and in consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. Additionally, exotic pets are strictly prohibited. Please be advised that guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.  Will be assessed at time of check-in.

What is the vehicle policy at Vinland Hotel & Lounge?

  • There is complimentary parking for your vehicle. On-site vehicle maintenance is strictly prohibited.

When are quiet hours?

  • Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Profanity or violence towards others at Vinland Hotel & Lounge will not be tolerated. Loud, objectionable noise or amplified music is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.

Does the property have Wifi?

  • Yes, WiFi is included with your room rate, and it is accessible throughout the property.

 

Where can I drink my "adult" beverages?

  • Drinking alcohol outside your room, the bar, or conference center is prohibited. Alcohol is allowed at the pool area as long is as it is in a plastic container. Glass bottles or containers are strictly prohibited.

What is your smoking policy?

  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking in designated locations only. A violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of up to $250.

What is the resort fee?

  • When you book a stay at Vinland Hotel & Lounge, we will automatically add a small Resort Fee to your total cost: $15 per night. This fee will go toward year-round maintenance of our high-quality amenities like heated pools, hot tub, cold brew coffee, wi-fi, parking, and more.

What ADA-compliant accommodations does Vinland Hotel & Lounge have?
